Remote Support
With the continuing uptake of broadband internet access an increasing efficient option involves remote access support. Systems are setup to enable both remote access to system servers and where appropriate PC's and Workstations.

Remote supports allows our engineers to access, investigate and maintain a system as if they were locally present. Although not always a substitute for on-site visits it can provide a cost-effective and efficient option to ensuring faults, if they arise, can be dealt with promptly, minimising downtime and consequent financial loss.

Phone Support
We provide free phone support to our clients. Our aim will be to help solve your IT issues over the phone and provide remote support of enrolled for the service. In case the issue requires a site visit, you will be given a date and time for the visit.

On-site Support
We provide on-site technical support for business professionals and SME's in London and the surrounding areas. Our engineers are equipped with the knowledge and tools to troubleshoot IT related issues. They can also install/re-install software, configure and install hardware and networking equipment and set-up new PC's including replacing hard drive, motherboards, and other computer peripheral equipment

Training
Lack of training in the use of IT hardware and software is a major cause of project failures. We have seen clients saving money on training and later spending more on remedying the faults caused due to improper use of the IT solution.

We provide general management training/manuals on the solutions we implement so that the client does not have to rely on us for every little change.

We also provide basic training on support so that you are not dependent on us for the smallest issues. Sometime devices or issues are resolved by restarting the equipment, this basic knowledge can save a lot of downtime and support costs for the client.

We also provide training to corporate clients on the usage of software/issues like MS Office, Virus and Security, Data backup and recovery, E-commerce, Pocket PC usage and care. If you would like training on a specific IT issue please do let us know.
